Who we are
About Us
Family owned and operated. Built on 15 years of commercial experience. Doing the job right the first time, every time.
How we started
Top Notch Patching & Caulking was founded in 2020 after more than 15 years working in the commercial construction industry. We saw too many patching and caulking jobs done poorly — wrong products, inadequate preparation, work that failed within months. We started this business to do it properly.
We're a family owned and operated business. That means you deal directly with us — no layers of subcontractors, no hand-offs to inexperienced crews. When we take on a job, we own it from start to finish.
We work exclusively in the commercial sector. No residential side jobs. Our focus is builders, contractors, and project managers who need reliable trade work delivered on schedule and to specification.
How we work
Right the first time
We don't cut corners to win jobs. Every repair is assessed, prepared, and executed to the standard the application demands. If it's not right, we fix it — simple as that.
Commercial only
We work exclusively with commercial builders and contractors. That focus means our skills, materials, and systems are calibrated for the demands of commercial and civil projects — not weekend DIY.
Family operated
You deal directly with the people doing the work. No account managers, no subcontracted crews. Direct communication, clear accountability, and a personal stake in every outcome.
Wide Bay locals
We're based in Wide Bay QLD and know the region. We understand local conditions, local builders, and what it takes to deliver on projects across the area and beyond.
Experience & credentials
15 years in the commercial tilt panel industry before founding Top Notch Patching & Caulking gives us a foundation most competitors simply don't have.
