Full-depth concrete patching to a 4,200m² industrial warehouse floor. Multiple impact and spalling failures repaired using epoxy repair mortar, ground flush, and returned to service within 48 hours.
Failed polyurethane sealant removed and replaced across 380 linear metres of floor expansion joints in a busy retail centre. Work completed in stages overnight to maintain trading hours.
Diamond grinding and scarification of 2,800m² of existing concrete slab to ICRI CSP-4 profile ahead of an epoxy coating system. Laitance and contamination fully removed and documented.
Waterproofing of all structural movement joints across three levels of a multi-storey car park. High-movement polyurethane sealant installed with correct backer rod profile throughout.
Saw-cut and seal of 620 linear metres of control joints in a new cold storage slab. Semi-rigid epoxy joint filler used to handle forklift traffic loads and thermal movement.
On-site structural concrete repair work on a Wide Bay civil project. Substrate prepared, repair mortar applied and finished to specification.
