Concrete Patching
Structural and cosmetic repairs that hold.
Damaged concrete slabs, walls, columns, and floors repaired to specification. We identify the cause of failure, prepare the substrate to the required standard, and apply the correct repair mortar or epoxy system for the load and environment. Expansion Joint Caulking
Sealed against movement, water, and time.
Expansion joints allow structures to move without cracking. When they're not sealed correctly, water gets in and damage follows. We prepare the joint to the correct profile, and install commercial-grade polyurethane or silicone sealant rated for the movement, traffic, and chemical exposure of your project.

Control Joint Sealing
Managing crack paths before they become problems.
Control joints are designed to direct cracking — but only if they're sealed correctly. We clean out debris and laitance, install the correct backer rod profile, and apply a flexible sealant that accommodates movement without debonding. Done right, control joints protect the slab for the life of the structure.

Surface Preparation
The foundation of every quality repair.
A repair is only as good as the surface it bonds to. We provide full surface preparation services including diamond grinding, jack hammering and scarification to achieve the correct surface profile for coatings, overlays, and repair systems. We work to ICRI CSP standards.
